Subject: More OS X client bugs

Here are few more fixes Cortona for OS X needs urgently:

- Cortona placement bug. Cortona screen is drawn about 20 pixels too high and it writes badly over the browser bookmark bar. Embedded Cortona on a web page is similarly displaced. When you embed Cortona in a frame, it draws over the frame above.

- Debug window bug. It would be nice to view the debug screen. But you cannot see the error messages, since the debug window is drawn about 20 pixels too high, and the first lines of text are hidden below the Apple Menubar that draws over.

Hint for the developers. Safari is the default browser in OS X. Majority of Mac end-users will hardly ever use other browsers. Complete compatibility with Safari is thus a must.
