You can find previous versions of
Cortona at
http://www.parallelgraphics.com/products/
cortona/previous/. You need to uninstall
Cortona VRML client and other
ParallelGraphics products before
installation of a previous version. See

In my opinion, the new version of
Cortona works with textures the same as
older versions. Your description sounds
like the scene has wrong paths to
textures.
