Subject:
VRML File in SolidWorks

I have been using Cortana VRML Client for quite a while, and I have numerous .wrl files that display chemical molecules in the client. I have an offer from someone who uses SolidWorks to make a solid model of the chemical molecules. Even though they are familiar with SolidWorks (and I am not - I wish I had a copy and could explore some), they do not know what a VRML file or a .wrl file is. They are asking me if I can convert the VRML file to SolidWorks. Everything I have been reading suggests that SolidWorks might be able to read a VRML .wrl file, because I have found numerous references to SolidWorks being able to output VRML files. Does anyone familiar with SolidWorks know the answer to this? Can SolidWorks read a VRML .wrl (version 2.0) file? If not, is there a converter I can use to make a file SolidWorks can read? Thanks for your help.
