Subject: PrintScene under Windows 7 Sender: E. 22.11.10 12:05 Hi, With Cortona Viewer 5.1, all functionalities we need for our application seem to work on Vista/Seven, except the PrintScene() function on Seven: nothing appens. When the PrintScene is launched on XP/Vista, the Windows print controller is opened and everything works fine. But not on Win7: no errors, no pop-up, nothing appens. Using Cortona Viewer 6.0, the PrintScene works fine on both environment. We know that Seven is not supported, but we can't switch to Cortona Viewer 6 yet. The CarbonCopy.dll seems to haven't been changed between Cortona 5.1 and 6. Could you explain a little how this system of print works, how it should be used (maybe we use it in a wrong way) and if you think it is possible to bypass the problem (even if we need to customize the Cortona installer).
