This goes against good practice for web design generally,
and does not acount for the fact that Cosmo does it properly
in Netscape, while Cortona does not in IE and Netscape with
the same server and client. This gives me the impression
that it is Cortona that is not doing things properly. HIenc my
query as to whether it is a bug!
