Check that npCortona.xpt is present in the Mozilla Components folder (which is typically C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\components).
I haven't got this component. Where can I get it?
You can find it in the Cortona folder, C:\Program Files\Common Files\ParallelGraphics\Cortona. Also check that npCortona.dll is in the Mozilla plugin folder (copy if absent).
Which version of Firefox do you use? Do you have more than one version of Firefox installed on your machine?
