How can I use c++ scripts to move VR objects?

How do you do,
I am an engineer information graduate school student in Taiwan.
Recently , I want to write c++ programs to control vrml objects.
Although I know most c++ programs commands , I dont't know how to create
scripts to control vrml objects in virtual world.
It is very hard to find some patterns about controling vrml objects by
searching Internet or library (in my school),and there are
a few patterns which can't solve my questions in the cortona SDK documents.
I want to move vrml objects in virtual world by keyboard or mouse.
Can you give me some opinions about creating scripts to move vrml
objects ,or recommend me some books to study control vrml objects,
even if give me some simple patterns with notes?
If you can , I will be very glad.
Thank you very much.
a student from Taiwan.
