Subject: Deploying app with AxCortona in VB2005 Sender: Miha Ambroz 27.09.06 07:31 Hello, I have a problem deploying a VB2005 application that uses Cortona Activex Control. The application works fine on the development computer (US English Win XP SP2, DirectX 9.0c, AIW/VIVO WDM Driver Version 6.14.10.6238) and on another system with the same OS and an Intel integrated graphics card. It refuses to work on all other computers I have access to (they range from Win98 to WinXPSP2 with US English and Slovenian locales). The application installs fine but dies on startup either by throwing an exception or just terminates silently. This is regardless of whether Cortona VRML Client is installed before my application or not. I suspect that I may not have all the requiered dependencies added to the project and properly registered on install. Therefore I would like to know what files have to be included into the setup project (and how) for AxCortona to install all the components properly. I use version 4.2 of Cortona Client and version 4.1 of Cortona SDK.
