Subject: view point handling
Sender: dan.vera@gmail.com 26.07.07 09:50

Hi all, maybe someone can help

Here is what i have: I have a geometry, a touch sensor and a viewpoint node packed in such a way that when i click the geometry, the user view jumps to the view point.

Here is what i want to do: once the user has "clicked the viewpoint geometry", if he uses the cortona viewer control (spin pan zoom) i want the view point to unbind, so if it is clicked again the user view will re-jump to the view point.

My problem: i can automatically unbind the view point using a proximity sensor position changed for instance, but then, the user view jumps to a default view point. I would like the view point to stay in its current position once unbound.

if someone understand what i wrote, and has a solution ..i d appreciate

thanks

Dan
