Subject: Re: view point handling
Sender: dan.vera@gmail.com 28.07.07 08:06

Hi Alex,

I think i have not been very clear: My problem is not to make the mechanism that allow to jump to a view point when i click on a geometry. I have done that already and i think the problem i have is not related to this mechanism.

the problem i have is:

1 - the user clicks the geometry and the view jumps to the view point (so far so good)

2 - then the user uses the cortona control (pan zoom etc), the point of view then changes.

3 - then the user wants to click again the geometry to go back to the predefined view point

the step 3 requires the view point to be unbound (so it can be bound again). Do you agree with that?

Now, my problem is that when i unbind a view point, the view jumps to some kind of default view point. I would like to be able to unbind a view point without the view to jump to this "default view point".

I hope this will help clarifying the problem. Thanks Alexfor your time.

Cheers

Dan
